Child safety standards

Whisper Sweet Nothings is a product of Pingbase, Inc., 2136 Ford Parkway, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55116. Published 29 October 2026.

Whisper Sweet Nothings is an adults-only dating game. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Pingbase, Inc. prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on the app and on this website.

What is not allowed

Anyone under 18 using the app, or an adult presenting as under 18
Sexual content involving anyone under 18, including photos, voice, text, or links
Asking a minor for sexual content, or arranging to meet a minor for a sexual purpose
Sharing, requesting, or threatening to share child sexual abuse material

We remove this material and disable the account when we find it.

How to report it in the app

Open the Whisper Sweet Nothings app and sign in.
On the person's card in a game, or from the match, open the safety menu.
Tap Report. Choose Sexual or explicit content or Something else, and say that the concern involves a child.
Tap Block so that person cannot contact you again.

You can also email activate@pingbase.ai with the words "child safety" in the subject. Include the phone number or name shown in the app, and the time of the session if you have it. Do not send the illegal material itself.

What Pingbase does with a report

A person at Pingbase reviews the report.
We remove the content and restrict or delete the account when the report is confirmed.
When the law requires it, we report the case to the relevant regional or national authority.
We keep the report record only for as long as that review and any legal duty require.
